About Installation

As well as offering a supply only service, we can also take care of your whole project from start to finish.

Why Our Installers?

We know it can be time consuming and stressful to find the right tradesperson to carry out work at your home. Will they turn up when stated? How long will it take to receive the quotation (if at all!) and will it be fair? Will they start the work when agreed? Will the work be carried out to a good standard?

In selecting companies to carry out installations on our behalf, having the above questions answered positively was the primary consideration. It took some time to find the right people that met all of our requirements and now we have them, we hold on to them by their ankles! Decked Out Composites receives no financial reward from the installation costs and we only pass on project opportunities to those installers that can provide a high level of service to our clients.

Our fitters have specific expertise and experience of fitting composite products which have some specific rules to follow when being installed. Not only does this mean the products will perform superbly but will also conform to the guarantee requirements should an issue develop over time. Ensuring composite decking or fencing is installed correctly and to a high standard is key to having a long lasting result to enjoy for years to come.

The Process

– First we will carry out a free site survey which is entirely without obligation.
– We take the time to understand your requirements and then suggest design ideas to help meet your desired outcome.
– We can also provide samples of the various styles and colour options available if required.
– We will take full measurements and provide a quotation, usually within 24 hours.

– The quotation will have two elements to it:
1.The cost for the composite materials (decking, fencing, balustrades or gates)
2.The cost of the installation which will include other materials required (subframe, postcrete, etc) and labour
– The quote provided will have everything included to complete the works agreed.
– Should you wish to proceed, payment will be required for the composite materials to secure the stock and the installation costs will usually be made in staggered payments with the final amount due once the work is completed.
– Once the composite materials are secured, the installer will confirm when the work will start and liaise directly with us to arrange delivery of the products in time for the project commencement.
– The installers will communicate with you throughout the project so you have a full understanding of progress and if anything unforeseen arises where your input is required.

An actual showroom where you can sit and talk to knowledgeable people. The product offering is very good as is the price. Composite decking can be really expensive and you really wonder what your paying for. This is very reasonably priced for a good quality product and very good value for money. The staff can't do enough to help you and I highly recommend them. Some photos of my deck attached. Also worth noting it is very easy to install.

Needing to replace a large area of rotten decking, we looked around at a lot of online retailers, but couldn't find the right quality at the right price. We then started looking at local suppliers and visited Decked Out. Ty was really helpful and helped us to find the right boards. With no plans to replace some of our existing timber fences, we came across Decked Out composites purely by chance while visiting our local garden centre and were immediately taken with the products on display. Ty explained how the composite panels could be very easily retrofitted to existing concrete posts, making the cost very comparable to replacement timber panels. We decided on replacing 6 x 6ft panels to “frame” the patio area, which is in the process of being revamped with new furniture to follow. The ordering process was painless, and Ty kept us informed all the way through to delivery, which was as quoted. We are delighted with the end result, which has spurred us on to complete the rest of the work in our garden. I would highly recommend Ty and Decked Out Composites.
